Healthy food:
-Carbohydrates, Proteins, fat, all three are necessary for body.
-Mustard oil, Desi ghee, Coconut oil are best for cooking.

Morning:
-Whenever you wakeup take a glass of warm water mix with honey and Lemon.
-Morning routine: start with fruit ex. Banan with some dry fruits.
-Sprouts

Between break fast & Lunch:
-Eat Apple/Any fruit between breakfast and lunch.

Afternoon:
Eat salads in good quantity in lunch, cucumber is the best in salads.

Evening:
-Eat Dry fruits in evening, ie. Akhrot/ Walnuts/ etc..
-Fruit juices

Night:
-Dinner : As light as possible and as early as possible.
-Roti / fruits/ small amount of rice

Before sleep:
Drink glass of milk .

Healthy life:
-A good diet .
-A 30 minutes of walk early morning/ evening.. would help alot.
( spend time in watching green/ like parks )
-Positive thinking
-stress free
-live in the movement.
-Gardening.
-Spirituality
